What a world!

I've got three ride-outs this week! All in Palm Springs...at 6 in the morning. So it takes forever to get there...and I have to be there early so...Sleeping early for me. One is tomorrow...on my holiday. The other is Friday the 13th...I hope that's fun! The other is on Sunday, my study day, and then I have class for 8 hours the next day. WOOH. NO REST FOR ME! I still have to get my specks project done...but now that I feel better about passing my EMT class...I'm not so worried about Pumps. I can always take it again later. Or do lots of extra credit.

Now that I've got my ride-outs, I don't feel so freaked out about other things. The other day I made some reckless panic decisions. I was thinking about taking a semester off and disappearing. There are people I need to see again. The other choice was to maybe join the C's again-if, and ONLY if they would put me on their fire crew. But then I would be gone a whole year, and have to live up in Redding.

Luckily, I'm done spazing out on EMT for now. I'm not nervous at all. I know I'll ace the written test in two weeks, and the skills isn't for 4 more weeks and I already know that will be cake if I practice. I got this down. The only thing I have to be nervous about the ride outs is Palms Springs is famous for being predictably unpredictable and the medics love giving the students every opportunity to work. SO-its study time for me.

I know I haven't picked up a pencil in over a month (except to fill in scantrons...), but I really really would appreciate commissions. I'm thinkin....$20 for the most complicated. Maybe what some people do, this whole "name your price" thing. Cause I'm lookin for da monies.

I am not really scared of mice...they are adorable...but...when they are rustling around ...keeping me awake 8_8 rahhh :shakefist:

at first I only heard it...and it was really freaking me out...:fear: because yesterday I heard weird skritchy sounds in a vent...and had a dream about hearing a zipper being unzipped in the corner of my room...and not being able to tell what was doing it or if it was a real noise or not...:faint:

but then I SAW IT!! a little gray blurr running along the floor next to the wall...Gah!!
I actually felt a lot better after I saw it though :giggle:...I don't really believe in spooks...but this is a new house...and I can't really rule that out...@_@...but anyhow it is definitely a mouse...^^;
I chased it around my room for about an hour T_T but I couldn't catch it...I think I found a tiny hole in the wall where it got in...and I put some duct tape over it HA! TAKE THAT VARMENT! :mwahaha:

o_o now I hope it will let me sleep D; ahhhhh....

Haha!! Thats okay-I had rats...mice...somethin'...in my house a few years ago. That was back when I used to sneak out at 1 or 2 in the morning. One night I heard these noises...and for some dumb reason, the most logical answer I had was vampires (or somethin';) creepin round outside. Next day i learned it was rodents!

And I will tell you from experience: They will eat through the duct tape!!!
